Work and Surf in Portugal
Atlantic Coast Surf School is looking for staff to join our team to work and surf!
We are looking for team members to work and surf in Portugal with Atlantic Coast Surf School, between April – November 2023 (it can be a shorter period).
Place – Santa Cruz (between Ericeira and Peniche) – PORTUGAL.
We are pride for providing the right experience for all guests.
Working as a team and building a honest, respectful, and encouraging relationships!
Work and Surf – working hard and playing hard!
You will be the direct point of contact with our guests, providing a kick-ass service!
Being welcoming our guests, handing over wetsuits or offering an introduction to the surfcamp or camping ground, we want you having fun in what you do, together with our guests.
Check-ins and check-outs;
Surf courses information;
Social media;
Activities with our guests;
Party with our guets;
Daily tasks on the house;
Travelling advice;
Using oral and written communication skills to register guests, process payments and explain the program;
Perform all the supportive functions in order to make sure operations run smoothly, including picking up guests from/to the airport;
Verify and prepare rooms before each booking;
Requirements:
Fluent in English. German and/or Portuguese language are an advantage;
Valid Driver’s license (big plus);
Outgoing and friendly with a good communication and people skills;
Reliable;
Positive.
Coming with your campervan is a big plus!
Opportunity to learn or develop your surf while working in beautiful surroundings and a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
We offer accomodation, surf lessons and surf gear.
We had in our team girls and boys that learned how to surf, met friends and explored the country.
