To help achieve our goals and growth expectations, we are looking for a Digital Marketing and administration legend who will engage, in a friendly contact with our guests, responding to their needs on the planning and booking their dream Holidays.

What you´ll do:

Your key focus is to ensure that the company’s Website (WordPress) and digital platforms are on the right path and ready to deliver – guests and €€€!

You will analyze and report across various channels. Develop actionable insights. Optimize our digital activations to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Launch and optimize the Video and YouTube content.

Website improving!

Provide support and cooperate on the daily Operations, Logistics and Finance, when necessary; to guarantee both a smooth and efficient operation.

Who you are:

Deep knowledge of proven SEO best practice and CSS knowledge, WordPress website management.

Strong experience with digital analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Optimize.

Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

Deep knowledge of digital products, video consumption patterns, and Social Media platform algorithms.

Video production/editing experience.

You should be ready to bring a positive input in tasks like bookings/admin/marketing/operation.

Understanding, experience & interest in Surf Travel & Outdoors experiences.

Fluent in English plus one more of the following languages: Portuguese or German, or French (mandatory), other EU-languages are a strong plus.

You have a work permit, a valid driver’s license and feel confident enough to drive a van.

Structured and well-organized person with passion for a good story. Self-sufficient and you get stuff done!

You’re a problem solver who thrives on creating solutions, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

You’re passionate about providing a service with care and going the extra mile!

Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Technical Schools) is a plus.

Natural talent for connecting with people and strong customer service orientation is a plus.

Editorial, design and photography experience would be a plus.

You’re available for a full-time (40 hours) job with flexible working hours and on rotative shifts when necessary.

Experience in Hospitality business or rent-a-car would be a plus.

Connections in the Swiss/German surf scene are a plus.
